TOEFL Reading Practice:
TOEFL has four primary modules of equal importance and preference. A candidate going through this exam has to go for all four modules one after one. Common mistakes made by candidates in reading module
There are two common mistakes that candidates make while reading the passages during TOEFL exam and they are:
1. Wrong pronunciation of words- Majority of candidates makes this mistake while reading process. They fail to pronounce same long words that cut down their overall scores on the test.
2. Word skipping- This is another common mistake that several candidates made. When they cannot read the words they simply skip it. This creates a very bad impression and decreases their chance to qualify TOEFL.
How to prepare yourself for the perfect reading
As it is a well known saying that practice makes a man perfect, so it’s a better idea to read newspapers, articles, novels of English for the improvement of reading skills. This is considered as one of the best alternative that can actually help in this matter. There may be other options like joining private institutions but doing this task is widely recommended.
