Age limit:

Candidates must have below 27 years of age.The Relaxation in age for Reserved category candidates will defer from zone to zone and post to post .

5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates

3 years relaxation in upper age for OBC Candidates

10 years for PWD Candidates

Education Qualifications required:

1.Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with proficiency in use of computers for FCI assistant Grade 3 General vacancies

2.Bachelor of Commerce from any recognized University with proficiency in use of computers for FCI assistant Grade 3 Accounts vacancies

3.B.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Zoology/Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science/B.Tech./BE in Food Science/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural

Engineering/Bio-Technology for FCI assistant Grade 3 Technical vacancies.

4.Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with proficiency in use of computers for FCI assistant Grade 3 Depot vacancies.

Application fee:

200 rupees for General and OBC Male candidates,must be pay at SBI after downloading the challan form or directly by using the Debit/Credit card or net banking facility.

Female(Any cast)/SC/ST/PH/Ex-Service men’s are no need to pay application fee.

Selection Process:

FCI selection process is based on performance in Written Examination followed by Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).Candidates can download the complete syllabus listed below along with question papers.FCI Syllabus for Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) having Word Processing and spread sheets on Microsoft Excel for 30 minutes.

FCI Assistant Grade 3 Syllabus and Exam Pattern:

FCI Syllabus for Assistant Grade 3 exam has General Intelligence,General Awareness,Quantitative Aptitude and English Language in Paper 1 for 200 marks with 200 questions.FCI Assistant Grade 3 Paper 2 has Quantitative Methods and English Language & Comprehension for 200 marks with 150 questions.FCI Assistant Grade 3 Paper 3 is only for AG Technical vacancies,which having Biological Sciences section for 200 marks with 200 questions.

Candidates,who applied for FCI Assistant Grade 3 Technical vacancies need to take two papers that of paper 1 and Paper 3.

Candidates,who applied for FCI Assistant Grade 3 General,Accounts and Depot vacancies,must attend for Paper 1 and Paper 2 exams.

How to Apply Online for FCI Recruitment 2012-2013:

1.Login to FCI Online Portal or  SSC Official website of www.ssconline.nic.in or  http://sscregistration.sifyitest.com.

2.The FCI Online Application form 2012 contains 2 parts.They are Part I Online Registration and Part II Online Registration

3.Select  on Apply Online of Part I Registration and enter the basic information like name,date of birth,post name and address etc

4.After completion of FCI Part I Online Registration, accept terms and conditions and submit

5.System automatically will generate registration number,note down it or take a print out

6.Download the FCI Challan form and pay the application fee at any  State bank of India or Directly go through to next step of FCI Part II Online Registration to pay the application fee through Net banking,Debit/Credit card.

7.Complete the process of Part II  Registration by uploading the Scanned copy & Signature and payment details.

8.Candidates requested to read the instructions carefully before apply online for SSC FCI Online Application form 2012.
